Health and Safety Risk Assessment

The building is equipped with ramps and disabled toilets with lift access to all floors.  The exhibition will take place throughout the entire building to allow people to see all aspects of the developed building so people will be allowed to visit areas at their own leisure.  People working at the exhibition (including catering staff) sufficient to the amount of guests.

Tripping on loose wires	All wires will be taped down	Treat injury as necessary
Displayed images falling on someone	Guests not permitted to touch the images and all images secured and checked before event	Treat injury as necessary
Event of glass smashing	Clear empty glasses away promptly	Clean up straight away and caution those near by
Event of a fire	Strictly no naked flames and extinguishes available everywhere	Evacuate the building and call the fire service
