These are some initial sketches, thoughts and considerations for the event location and layout.

LO2 Task 3: Specific Team Roles

The 'Matilda' production team consists of myself, Alex Raynes and Lewis Leversidge.

My task is to organise the venue and design plan, create a treatment for 'Matilda' and decide upon and curate thematic content for the Exhibit.

Alex will enquire about catering costs and create and budget plan as well as produce a production schedule for the preparation running up to the event date.

Lewis will be making promotional advertising possibly including postcards, risk assessments and assist with production schedules.
